Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
• Personal care items (such as beauty products)
• Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
